Drawing inspiration from the legendary restaurant at the former Ambassador East Hotel, Booth One is a modern American concept with a vibrant, social dining scene. Created by chef/partner Doug Psaltis, the menu at Booth One utilizes top quality, seasonal ingredients to showcase modern interpretations of throwback dishes.
