About this restaurant

The Barilla Italian Pasteria menu pays homage to Barilla’s family-run pastificio and bakery founded almost 150 years ago in Parma, Italy. Lettuce Entertain You Chef/Proprietor J. Joho (Everest) in collaboration with Chef David DiGregorio (Osteria Via Stato) and Chef Cory Morris developed the menu alongside the Barilla culinary team to create a selection of classic and seasonal pasta dishes for lunch and dinner, including Rigatoni Bolognese, Butternut Squash Orzo “Risotto” Ziti con Funghi and more
