Vong’s Thai Kitchen Is Back For a Limited Time Only
Do you remember Vong’s Thai Kitchen? (Also known as VTK!) If your answer is yes, then we’ve got some exciting news for you! The early 2000’s favorite, Vong’s Thai Kitchen (VTK) is back available daily for carryout and delivery.
VTK’s carryout and delivery menu will available for lunch and dinner and will be executed by VTK alum and Shaw Crab House’s Executive Chef Arnulfo Tellez. Some of your favorite VTK dishes will be making a comeback including: Thai Shredded Chicken Salad, Chicken Garlic Noodles, VTK’s Signature Shrimp and Crab Pad Thai, Housemade Curries and lots more.
In addition to the a la carte menu, cocktail kits and meals for two will also be available to order. The meals for two are $60, plus tax and can be ordered via Tock.
Executive Chef Arnulfo Tellez of Shaw’s Crab House studied under famed New York chef Jean-Georges Vongerichten at Vong. VTK, a more casual tribute to Vong, was open from 2001 – 2009 in River North, with a menu focused on accessible Thai and Asian flavors.
Orders for VTK can be placed online from Sunday and Monday: 11:30 AM – 8:00 PM, Tuesday – Thursday: 11:30 AM – 9:00 PM, Friday and Saturday: 11:30 AM – 10:00 PM for delivery and curbside pick up at 21 E. Hubbard St. (Shaw’s Crab House – Chicago). For more information call 312-527-6314.
