In case you’re not familiar, Brasserie Jo was a James Beard Award Winning French restaurant from Chef Joho and Lettuce Entertain You that opened in 1995.
The restaurant was located in Chicago’s River North and it was known to be the first true brasserie in Chicago. The restaurant closed its doors in 2010, after 15 years, and Chef Joho is excited to bring some of the iconic restaurant’s signature dishes to guests in Chicago.
