There’s a New Fleet of Sweets in Town at Beatrix

Beatrix Executive Pastry Chef and Associate Partner Yasmin Gutierrez has done it again. Just in time to get your beach body ready, she’s created a slew of new sweet and savory treats available in the pastry case at all Beatrix locations. From a fudgey chocolate cookie stuffed with housemade peanut butter to a Bacon Roll and a gluten-free Banana Coconut Cream Pie, you’ve gotta get your hands one one of these!

The Double Chocolate Stuffed Cookie is stuffed with a housemade peanut butter filling.

The Bacon Roll is made from a croissant dough filled with Asiago, white cheddar cheese and caramelized onions topped with brown sugar bacon.

Our newest pie is a Banana Coconut Cream Pie with a coconut macaroon crust with coconut cream, fresh bananas and a thin layer of vanilla whipped cream topped with coconut chips.
These treats are really what dreams are made of.
