The Dalcy is Here to Help You Throw an Awesome (Virtual) Event
Introducing Virtual Events with The Dalcy! These aren’t your average Zoom meetings – we’re talking live, interactive and fun events for everything from corporate meetings to engagements, birthdays to showers, and everything in between. The Dalcy can help you create personalized virtual events for both business and social occasions. Here are three ways The Dalcy can liven up your next meeting, event, or celebration for 20 people or more!
Host a Virtual Dinner Party
Looking to be the host with the most? Invite your guests to virtually escape to the Mediterranean for a night while Chef / Partner CJ Jacobson, leads you through a three-course meal from Aba. Your group will have the opportunity to learn from Chef CJ and ask questions as they follow along while putting the finishing touches on the meal. The virtual experience includes a three-course boxed dinner for two, a custom menu card, and a recipe card for one of the dishes. You can even add on sommelier-selected wine pairings. All you have to do is choose the menu and preferred date and The Dalcy will do the rest!
Learn to Make Cocktails with a Mixology Class
A virtual mixology class is a great way to kick off your next happy hour, bachelorette party or after work event. Learn how to create a classic cocktail or one of Aba’s specialty cocktails from Aba mixologist Thomas Moore. For this live experience, guests will receive a kit equipped with the necessary ingredients to create the cocktail including the spirit, fresh juice or cordial, garnishes and a recipe card. The mixologist will take you through a step-by-step how-to and answer any questions along the way.
A Virtual Trip to the Vineyards: Wine Tasting
Take your wine knowledge from a basic ‘red’ and ‘white’ to a more impressive ‘Nebbiolo’ and ‘Vermentino,’ as you follow along with a sommelier during a virtual wine tasting. Guests will receive a box of pre-selected wine and a custom tasting card highlighting tasting notes, regions and also recommended food pairings. On the day of the tasting, all your guests need to do is log onto Zoom, grab a glass and follow along as the sommelier takes you on a journey through regions of Italy, Argentina, Spain, and more!
