While we may not be able to physically be together right now, we are excited to share a calendar of virtual events hosted by your favorite Lettuce Entertain You restaurants from virtual wine dinners and happy hours, to cooking classes and more. Sharpen your skills with virtual cooking classes with Saranello’s Chef Mychael Bonner. These experiences showcase an Italian classic dish every Thursday at 5:30 PM. Each interactive experience is for $34.95 per person, plus tax (gratuity not included). The fee also includes an ingredient kit.

Join Mon Ami Gabi on Tuesday, January 19 for our Virtual Cooking Class via a live Zoom session! Hosted by Executive Chef Bruce Williams, this educational and entertaining experience highlights how to prepare a three-course French inspired menu. Chef Bruce will discuss the step-by-step of making each dish, while guests can ask questions and enjoy each course for dinner accompanied by a bottle of French Wine. All dinner courses are fully cooked and will contain reheating instructions and how-to recipe cards (one per meal). The event is $75 per person, plus tax (gratuity not included) and includes one 3-course menu plus one bottle of wine per guest. Pick-up orders on the day of the virtual event are available at 5:00 PM or 5:30 PM from Mon Ami Gabi – Oak Brook (260 Oakbrook Center). Join Wildfire for a virtual wine dinner featuring La Crema Winery on Wednesday, January 20 at 6:00 PM CST. The evening will feature Winemaker Craig McCallister via a live Zoom to discuss the history of the winery and the evening’s pairings. The event includes a three-course dinner and two bottles of La Crema wine for pick-up to enjoy. The event is $165 per couple, plus tax (gratuity not included). Orders must be placed by Monday, January 18 by 3:00 PM. Guests can pick up their orders at the Wildfire location nearest them, no later than 5:30 PM on Wednesday, January 20. Join Sushi-San’s Master Sushi Chef Kaze Chan and Sake Sommelier Daniel Bennett for an interactive and virtual experience about all things maki. Chef Kaze will walk the class through the different types of maki and provide his tips on how to make the perfect sushi rice before guiding the class through rolling their own maki. Guests will be provided with everything they need to make the maki at home, including a makisu, as well as some of our favorite snacks to enjoy throughout the class. The class will be on Thursday, January 21 at 6:00 PM. Tickets are $95 per per person, plus tax (gratuity not included). Reservations must be made by 6:00 PM on Tuesday, January 19. Kits can be picked up at the restaurant on Thursday, January 21 between 5:00 PM – 5:30 PM. When reserving your spot, please book the time when you wish to pick up your items. Join Joe’s Seafood alongside celebrated California winery Jordan, for a virtual wine dinner on Friday, January 22 at 6:30 PM CST. During this interactive experience, guests will hear from Jordan winemaker, Maggie Kruse while enjoying a four-course meal from Joe’s Executive Chef, Justin Diglia. The event is $175 per person, plus tax and each ticket includes one four-course dinner plus one bottle each of 2017 Jordan Chardonnay and 2015 Jordan Cabernet Sauvignon. Orders are available to pick-up at Joe’s on Friday, January 22 from 12:00 PM – 5:30 PM. Additional dinners and cellar vintage bottles may be purchased a la carte. Join RPM Italian on Friday, January 22 for a Virtual Pasta Making Class via a live Zoom session! Hosted by RPM Chef Christian Fatoni, this educational experience highlights how to make two different pasta shapes alongside a four-course meal and two half bottles of wine! Chef Christian will discuss the step-by-step art of pasta making, while guests can ask questions. This dinner is $85 per person, plus tax (gratuity not included) and includes one five-course menu plus two half bottles of wine per each guest. Orders will be available for pick up on Friday, January 22 from 12:00 PM – 6:00 PM at RPM Italian; the live Zoom session begins at 7:00 PM. Reserve the RPM Italian Virtual Pasta Making Class.
Make lifelong memories in the kitchen with the il Porcellino famiglia during their interactive Virtual Burrata Lasagna Cooking Class. Guests will be provided with all the ingredients and led by their team on how to make our signature dish along with some of their favorite antipasti like Tuscan Cheese Bread and Green Chopped Salad. The cooking class will be on Saturday, January 23 at 6:00 PM. Tickets are $49.95 per person, plus tax with a 2 person minimum. Guests will pick up their cooking kits the day of the virtual event from 12:00 PM – 5:00 PM at il Porcellino. When reserving your spot, please book the time when you wish to pick up your items. On Saturday, January 30 at 12:00 PM, Executive Chef Jorgensen invites you on a virtual trip to Valencia to learn the tips and techniques for preparing Spain’s most iconic dish, all while enjoying the dish at home. Tapas, bite-sized pintxos and dessert are also included – no cooking required! The class is $35 per person, plus tax (gratuity not included). Add on sangria pitchers, bottles of wine, or the all-in-one Paella Kit and Chef Eric’s Paella Cookbook for an additional cost.
