Stella Barra in Chicago’s Lincoln Park neighborhood is now open for lunch all summer long! You can expect signature California-style ‘zas from Chef / Partner Jeff Mahin, a variety of seasonal starters, sandwiches on housemade bread and lots more.
Did you know about Stella Barra’s hidden back patio? It’s the perfect spot to lunch, complete with an open roof and TV.
Here’s the latest and greatest from Stella Barra’s new lunch menu, trust us: #SummertimeChi just got a lot more delicious.
Burrata on a burger?! Yes we did! The Stella Burger is complete with two Brandt beef prime patties, tomato jam, burrata and arugula.
King Crab Roll
The new King Crab Roll is stuffed with fresh Jonah crab, drawn butter and crunchy garlic on a homemade toasted bun and will make you feel like you’re in Cape Cod. All sandwiches are served with your choice of housemade chips or a side salad.
Roasted Local Asparagus
Don’t forget to eat your veggies! It’s not hard to do when they’re covered in Tuscan truffle cheese and topped with lemon zest.
Prosciutto and Burrata Plate
Devour this plate of prosciutto and locally made burrata served with olive oil and housemade bread, perfect for sharing.
Pan-Seared Potato Gnocchi
Welcome to the menu, pasta! We’re introducing handmade gnocchi with spicy salumi and organic sausage ragu, burrata and basil to the lunch menu. We love it so much we even added it to our dinner menu as a summer special.
In addition to these new lunchtime additions, Stella Barra will also be offering the regular dinner menu complete with our California-style pizzas, salads and signature red and white thin sin pizzas.
We say you’ve gotta try the hand-rolled, extra thin Cacio e Pepe with pecorino, parmesan cream, black pepper, egg and garlic. What’s thin sin you ask? Read about it on our blog.
Stella Barra Chicago is open for lunch Monday to Friday 11:00 AM to 4:00 PM until the end of the summer. To make a reservation at Stella Barra Chicago, click here.
