Here’s a look at some of our favorites from the new Aba brunch menu:
Short Rib Shakshuka with harissa, fingerling potatoes and poached egg is spicy and satisfying.
Fresh, seasonal flavors shine in the Peaches & Feta with rose water, black pepper, opal basil, shiso and mint
The Smoked Salmon Spread & Jerusalem Bagel features Aba’s signature housemade Jerusalem Bagel alongside heirloom tomato, red onion, capers, and labneh. This is not your Bubbe’s standard bagel and lox!
The Kuku, or Persian-style frittata, is served with barberries (tiny, tart, ruby-red berries from Iran), green herbs and grape leaf molasses.
And what’s brunch without a refreshing beverage? The Rhubarb Spritz with Aperol, lemon, rhubarb and Giuliana Prosecco is the perfect sipper.
