Kid-Friendly Dining Options and Activities

Kid-Friendly Dining Options and Activities

Sep 7, 2018

You’ve been to the zoo, the beach, the pool… the kids are starting to get stir crazy. We’ve got the answers to all of your problems with our list of kid-friendly dining activities and menus across our restaurants.

Jump to: Metro Washington D.C. | Las Vegas | Los Angeles | Twin Cities

2 little boys rolling out pizza dough at the bar at Stella Barra

After the kid’s soccer game in the park, head over to Stella Barra for a hands-on dinner. While you’re on your first glass of wine, let the kids can make their own pizzas right at the pizza bar with our chefs. Once the chefs pop it in the oven, it will be delivered right to your table.

The kid's meals at R.J. Grunts on their tablecloth

After a long day trekking through the Lincoln Park Zoo with the kids, stop by R.J. Grunts for a hearty dinner served on old-fashioned cafeteria trays with crayons and animal crackers. No meal is complete without dessert — choose from endless flavored milkshakes for the kids and boozy milkshakes for the adults.

An overhead shot of the grilled cheese kid's meal at Summer House with the kids menus below it and crayons scattered about

Summer House Santa Monica is committed to helping end childhood hunger. When you choose to dine with Summer House, a portion of all proceeds from kids menu items goes to Share Our Strength’s No Kid Hungry campaign. Helping others while keeping your kids happy is something that just can’t be beaten.

The french bread pizza kid's meal at Mon Ami Gabi with a side of green beans and apples

There’s no reason you have to stop going out to dinner just because the kids are home. Make believe you are in Paris for the night and hit the town for the evening. Dinner at Mon Ami Gabi means Steak and Frites for you, and French Bread Pizza for them.

A look at the kid's paella at Cafe Ba Ba Reeba with a side of carrots and hummut and fruit

Looking to break your kids out of their grilled cheese and hot dog rut? Cafe Ba-Ba-Reeba! offers a kid’s menu that is an authentic Spanish dining experience with tapas and paella, and even complimentary pintxos to start and end the meal. The dishes are created with similar ingredients and preparation to the main menu, but without the more exotic and spicy flavors that our adult guests enjoy. Check out more kid-friendly experiences below.
