James Beard Eats Week is back! From Friday, April 26 – Monday, May 6, 2019, show your support of aspiring Chicago culinary students. Check out all of the Lettuce Entertain You restaurants offering a special dish for James Beard Eats Week inspired by the James Beard Foundation’s namesake chef and in celebration of the James Beard Awards weekend. A portion of the proceeds from the dishes will benefit the James Beard Foundation Scholarship Fund.
