Dishes and Drinks with the Color of the Year 2018: Ultra Violet
Every year, Pantone, the creator of colors, announces their choice in what the Color of the Year is going to be. They’ve officially chosen the color Ultra Violet for 2018. It’s bright, dramatic, and just so happens to appear naturally in a lot of our favorite dishes this spring. Say hello to a few standouts and stop by to try them in person.
