Culinary Care Delivers Comfort to Cancer Patients, One Meal at a Time
Introducing our friends at Culinary Care, a Chicago non-profit organization that helps cancer patients live happier and healthier lives through food. Through Culinary Care, we’re honored to have the opportunity to extend the hospitality we offer within the four walls of our restaurants to our guests and their families who are unable to visit us in the restaurants.
The Culinary Care Story
Founded in 2013, Culinary Care is carrying out this mission by delivering restaurant-prepared meals to patients and their families during treatment. Culinary Care currently delivers food to five hospitals around the Chicagoland area.
With the support of our restaurants (Bub City, Wildfire, Joe’s, Hub 51, Big Bowl, Summer House Santa Monica and Cafe Ba-Ba-Reeba!) Courtney and her team have delivered over 7,500 meals to more than 1,000 families and individuals fighting cancer.
