Dining with colleagues? For those joining for a working lunch, Zero Proof drinks like In To Eden – featuring cucumber, mint, lime and soda – offer all the flavor without the booze.

Want to make sure you try a little bit of everything? Taste through the small plate options including a few of our favorites: Hobb’s Smoked Salmon Bites with brioche; Japanese Snapper Ceviche with sea urchin, passion fruit and aji amarillo; and Black Truffle Scrambled Eggs with butter-poached crab and fines herbs.
Insider Tip: Check out this newcomer. The new Three-Course Lunch Prix-Fixe Menu is a no-fuss way of enjoying several of Booth One’s signature dishes. Start with a flavorful Thai Chicken Consomme or Spring Salad with little gem and snap peas, then make your way to entrees including Herb-Marinated Chicken Paillard, Morel Mushroom Risotto or classic Steak Frites. Finish the menu with seasonal desserts likeRhubarb Crumble with vanilla ice cream or the Creamsicle with white chocolate meringue and orange granita.

Booth One has myriad options for myriad appetites. Looking for something on the lighter side? Opt for one of the luncheon salads, like the Golden Beets & Frisee Salad with spiced yogurt dressing and puffed rice, or dive into one of the many sandwiches on the menu. May we suggest the new Yang’s Imperial Lobster Toast with frisee, toasted brioche and caviar or the hearty Clubhouse Sandwich with roast chicken, crisp bacon and a fried egg.
If a heartier entree is more your speed, try out the seasonal Roasted Atlantic Sea Scallops with asparagus marmalade and yellow curry or theLobster Risotto with aquerello rice and fines herbs.
Do not, we repeat, do NOT skip dessert.
Top off your lunch experience with a sweet treat before getting back to your busy day. Try the bright Ms. Hsing’s Wonderful Lemon Meringue Napoleon, layered with lemon curd, candied lemon and torched meringue or the signature classic Chocolate Coconut Cake. You really can’t choose wrong here.
