“Mele Kalikimaka, that’s the island greeting that we send to you from the land where palm trees sway.”
Just as Christmas crooner Bing Crosby proclaimed, the team at Three Dots and a Dash is sending you an island greeting in the form of an all-new, limited-time holiday tiki menu, available now!
The festive lineup features new tiki drinks from Beverage Director Kevin Beary. Here are seven you’ve gotta try, but hurry – these jolly concoctions are only sticking around until January 1.
HOT BUTTERED RUM
A hot tiki cocktail? You bet your sleigh bells! This drink combines a secret holiday blend of rums with cinnamon, clove, allspice, nutmeg, and creamy Nordic butter.
MISTLETOE MAI TAI
Cranberry-seasoned overproof rum and aged Jamaican rum are complemented by housemade orgeat and lime for a merry version of this tiki classic.
A Caribbean rum blend, coconut, bright tangerine and pineapple, plus warming flavors of gingerbread round out this dessert-like cocktail.
SANTA CAME TO SLAY
Wouldn’t you like to be curled up in front of a crackling fire sipping on this one? Overproof Jamaican rum is blended with lime, pineapple and a super-secret recipe that involves toasted marshmallows, cinnamon and maple syrup.
Love the reindeer mug? Ask your server about how you can bring it home with you!
SANTA ON SATURN
Perhaps Santa has had a little too much of the good stuff. Overproof gin, passion fruit, falernum and orgeat are topped with mulled red wine for an updated take on the classic Saturn.
EAT THE YELLOW SNOW
This is the only time eating yellow snow is allowed. Dig into this drink for two – complete with miniature shovels for the coconut-pineapple snow – that combines Jamaican rum, Martinique rhum agricole blanc, pineapple, strawberry water and lime.
YOU DON’T GNOME ME
We all know Santa has magical powers, and this group drink proves just that. Aged Brazilian cachaca, aged Martinique rhum agricole, Amontillado sherry, Lug Farms apple cider, lemon, cinnamon and gingerbread create a holiday drink unlike any other.
