VIDEO: How To Mix Up Joe’s Clevelander Cocktail
Whether you’re looking to impress guests at your next cocktail party, or simply want to shake things up from your usual gin and tonic, Joe’s Beverage Director, Kevin Bratt suggests The Clevelander at Joe’s Seafood, Prime Steak & Stone Crab. A nod to Joe’s early beginnings in Miami, and named after the iconic Clevelander Hotel in South Beach, this gin-based cocktail is well-balanced, with Aperol and bright citrus flavors.
“The Clevelander combines a few of my favorite things: Gin and Aperol, with a twist! We’ve taken this classic cocktail recipe and made it our own. It is a lively drink that is extremely pleasing to the palate, and the citrus notes and hints of orange pair perfectly with our fresh seafood and shellfish at Joe’s,” says Bratt.
