A nod to Joe’s early beginnings in Miami, and named after the iconic Clevelander Hotel in South Beach, this gin-based cocktail is well-balanced, with Aperol and bright citrus flavors.
“The Clevelander combines a few of my favorite things: Gin and Aperol, with a twist! We’ve taken this classic cocktail recipe and made it our own. It is a lively drink that is extremely pleasing to the palate, and the citrus notes and hints of orange pair perfectly with our fresh seafood and shellfish at Joe’s,” says Bratt.

- Build the ingredients in a mixing glass using a jigger.
- Fill a shaker ⅔ – ¾ with ice and attach a pint glass. Shake for 30 seconds.
- Double strain with a Hawthorne strainer into a chilled martini glass.
- Garnish with a spritzed orange peel.
