Recipe: Kale and Brussels Sprout Salad

Ingredients:
2 cups shredded black kale
1 cup shredded Brussels sprouts
1/2 cup chopped apples
2 T toasted almonds
1 oz grain mustard vinaigrette
Sea salt and pepper to taste
Method for Mustard Vinaigrette:
2 tbls whole grain mustard
4 tbls apple cider vinegar
1 tbls chopped shallot
Whisk all together and drizzle olive oil until it starts to thicken – taste and season
