Makes one cocktail
1½ oz. Cynar
½ oz. Varnelli Caffé Moka or other espresso liqueur
¼ oz. demerara simple syrup
1 scoop pistachio gelato
1 shot espresso
Fine ground coffee, for garnish
- In a cocktail shaking tin, combine Cynar, Moka, simple, gelato and espresso. Shake to blend ingredients.
- Add ice to the tin; shake long and hard.
- Pour drink into a coupe glass and sprinkle with fresh coffee grounds.
