October is National Pasta Month and in honor of one of our favorite food months, Chef/ Partner Chris “Big Frankie” Favero at Frankie’s Scaloppine (900 N. Michigan Ave., fl. 5) shared with us some quick and easy (yet delicious) pasta recipes – some with only three ingredients for you to try at home.
First up, try this three-ingredient pasta complete with lemon, parmesan and olive oil.
If you haven’t gone grocery shopping in a while or just want something super easy and bright, this is your jam. For the full recipe, click here.
Next up, a super simple, whole wheat pasta with warm cherry tomatoes, fresh basil, garlic and parmesan.
Integrate protein into your pasta with this one pan orecchiette with spicy Italian sausage, chicken broth, onions and arugula topped with parmesan. Click here for the recipe.
As the weather cools down here in Chicago, Frankie’s is introducing seaonal pastas like Short Rib Ragu over papardelle and Butternut Squash Ravioli. Come visit the restaurant where you can check out these fall specials which are available for carry-out and delivery too. For the full menu, click here.
