How To: Make a Restaurant-Quality Dinner at Home

How To: Make a Restaurant-Quality Dinner at Home

May 11, 2018

Our friends at Peapod are making it easier for you to enjoy your favorite dishes from Wildfire and Big Bowl right in the comfort of your own home. Wildfire and Big Bowl are the first two restaurants to team up with Peapod and this partnership features three new meal kits for home delivery available in Chicago, New York and D.C. markets that Peapod serves.

2 peapod dishes

Dinner has never been so easy when all of the ingredients are pre-measured, pre-washed and pre-chopped. Available in serving sizes of two and four, you have your choice in Beef Tenderloin with Couscous from Wildfire, BBQ Bison Meatloaf, Mashed Potatoes and Caramelized Carrots from Wildfire, and Sweet and Sour Chicken from Big Bowl. See all of our Peapod kits here.

Let’s take a closer look at the Beef Tenderloin Pepper Steak from Wildfire

The Ingredients:
Any chef will tell you that the key to a great meal is great ingredients. When you order a meal kit from Peapod, everything you’re cooking with is fresh and already prepped for you. So you can spend less time chopping and more time with your family. This meal kit comes with high-quality beef, perfectly in-season vegetables, and expertly crafted sauces.

The Method:
Because all the tedious work is done for you, you get to enjoy that part of cooking that’s always reserved for the head chef. So crank up the tunes, throw your ingredients in the pan, and have fun cooking again. Each meal kit comes with a recipe card that easily guides you through each step.

The Dish:
In just a short time your dinner has come together without much elbow grease and you get to serve and enjoy a restaurant-quality dish at your own kitchen table.

Can’t get enough? Try the Sweet and Sour Chicken from Big Bowl

The Ingredients:
No matter which meal kit you choose, you’ll be getting only the best quality ingredients. Take a chance on something you’d never make at home normally and let Peapod, Wildfire, and Big Bowl do the hard work.

The Method:
Because every step is laid out for you, you’ll be picking up new tricks in the kitchen while putting together a quick, delicious meal for your family.

The Dish:
Sit down for dinner with a dish that you know will be delicious because you can count on the recipe and you can count on the ingredients.

If you can’t wait to hit the kitchen and start cooking, take a gander at what Peapod has to offer so you can get Wildfire and Big Bowl in your home. Not much of a cook? Wildfire and Big Bowl is always waiting for you to come in.

Hoping to become a stir-fry expert? Big Bowl spilled the beans on their secrets to perfecting dinner.
