Cocktails are best shared with friends and Aba’s Lead Mixologist, Liz Pearce has created a list of seasonal, large format cocktails to enjoy on the restaurant’s patio.

Picnic Basket
Aba, Liz Pearce

Serving size: 6-8 people

INGREDIENTS:

9 oz. of Jim Beam
3 oz. of Giffard Passionfruit Liqueur
4½ oz. Lemon Juice
6 oz. of Watermelon-Strawberry Juice

METHOD:

1. Mix all ingredients into a shaker, shake well
2. Top with Giuliana Prosecco, garnish with lemon wheels and mint or fresh strawberries, mint and a twist of black pepper
