It’s August which means heat, humidity, plus some more heat. There’s no better way to cool down than with an icy, frozen Sauvignon Blanc cocktail. Liz Pearce, Lead Mixologist of Fulton Market’s newest hotspot, Aba, comes in for the win with the Life on Freezy Street that’s super easy to make and even easier going down.

2 oz. Sauvignon Blanc
¼ oz. Giffard Passion Fruit
¼ oz. Giffard Apricot
¾ oz. Grapefruit Juice
½ oz. Lime Juice
½ oz. Honey
2 oz. Water
Place all ingredients in a blender with ice and blend. Pour into a coupe glass and garnish with a grapefruit moon.
