Join RPM Steak for its fourth annual Winter Beef Series: a three-part educational class and dining experience. During the first dinner on October 27, learn and taste your way through five courses of RPM’s exclusive Prime Dry-Aged beef with wine pairings to match. The dinner begins at 7:00 PM and features Dry Aged Beef Carpaccio, Oxtail Consommé, 28 Day Rib Chop and more! The Dry Aged Dinner is $115 per person, plus tax (gratuity not included).
