On Saturday October 10, learn how to make Osteria Via Stato’s famous Chocola-cello! Join Chef David DiGregorio and mixologist Conor Maguire for a virtual class via a live Zoom session showcasing the various steps in producing this rich, chocolatey digestivo. Purchase your cello-making kit, which includes 1 bottle of Basic vodka, milk, cocoa powder, vanilla extract and sugar for $69, plus tax by Wednesday, October 7 at 5:00 PM. A detailed recipe card will be included in the kit. Pick-up will be at Osteria Via Stato located at 620 N. State St. on Friday, October 9.
