About the event

The cuisine of Val d’ Aosta, a tiny area in the Italian Alps, is flush with hearty meats, rich dairy and decadent cheeses. Throughout January at Osteria Via Stato from 5:00 PM – 10:00 PM, stay warm with two traditional dishes inspired by this chilly region; Sauteed Veal Chop Val d’Aosta, prosciutto, fontina, arugula & lemon and Val d’Aosta Risotto with house-made sausage, mushrooms and fontina.
