About Event

Our Executive Chefs will prepare a four-course menu with sparkling wine pairings. The menu will feature a first course of Roasted Pistachio Crusted Sea Scallops paired with Domaine Carneros Brut Cuvee ’14, California, followed by the main course of Braised Al Pastor-Spiced Short Ribs paired with Piper-Heidsieck Cuvee Brut NV, France, plus two additional courses. The dinner is $85 per person, plus tax (gratuity not included).
