Shaw’s Crab House in Chicago is presenting oysters in a new and unique way this year.  After sourcing out rare oysters from around the world, the chef team at Shaw’s will now offer table side oyster shucker available Wednesday in the Oyster Bar.  In addition to being educated on the rare oysters and shucking process, guests will have access to additional oyster accouterment including caviar, mignonettes, and more! This experience is available every Wednesday during Oyster Fest (October 2, October 9, October 16, October 23, and October 30) from 5:00 PM – 9:00 PM. Reservations in the Oyster Bar are first-come, first-serve.
