About the event

Lorenzo Scavino, the fifth-generation winemaker of Azienda Agricola Azelia, joins RPM Italian DC on Sunday, February 23 for an intimate wine dinner featuring single-vineyard Barolos. The wines – from famed vineyards in Castiglione Falletto and Serralunga d’Alba in the heart of Italy’s Langhe region – will be paired with dishes such as Veal Agnolotti del Plin, Saffron Risotto and Barolo-Braised Beef.
