In honor of Rome’s birthday, join Osteria Via Stato on a culinary adventure exploring the cuisine of the Eternal City. Following the Roman tradition of simple preparations and hearty ingredients, Chef DiGregorio’s four course family-style menu will feature Roman-style Artichokes with olive olive oil, garlic and mint, Slagel Farms Oxtail and the classic dish, Rigatoni Alla Grigia with guanciale, pecorino romano and black pepper, and more. The cost is $65 per person, plus tax (gratuity not included) and will include cocktail and wine pairings.  Make your reservation for this Roman Dinner here.
