Join Sushi-San’s Master Sushi Chef Kaze Chan and Sake Sommelier Daniel Bennett for an interactive and virtual experience about all things maki. Chef Kaze will walk the class through the different types of maki and provide his tips on how to make the perfect sushi rice before guiding the class through rolling their own maki. Guests will be provided with everything they need to make the maki at home, including a makisu, as well as some of our favorite snacks to enjoy throughout the class.
The class will be on Wednesday, December 2 at 6:00 PM. Tickets are $100 per per person, plus tax (gratuity not included). Reservations must be made by 6:00 PM on Monday, November 30. Kits can be picked up at the restaurant on Wednesday, December 2 between 5:00 PM – 5:30 PM. When reserving your spot, please book the time when you wish to pick up your items. Please contact Sushi-San to make special arrangements if you are unable to pick up between 5:00 PM -5:30 PM.
