About the event

Revel in the taste of the winter white truffle on Tuesday, December 3 from 7:00 PM – 9:30 PM as Summer House Executive Chef Ben Goodnick takes you on a four-course foray highlighting the seasonal delight. From rich Classic Acquerello Risotto with vacche rosse parmesan to Scaloppine di Cappone with spaghetti squash, sage and savoy cabbage, every plate will be showered with shaved winter white truffles tableside. Wine Director Bobby Joe Rinaldo will also be pairing a new and old world wine with each course. Tickets are $75 per person (plus tax, gratuity not included).
