Join RPM Steak and Master Sommeliers Desmond Echavarrie and Jason Heller for this one-of-a-kind dinner featuring Napa and Sonoma’s most exclusive, hard-to-find boutique wines that only the best somms are (secretly) talking about. These wines are expertly paired with five courses featuring dishes such as 90-Day Dry-Aged Beef Roulade with black truffle and Charcoal-Roasted Hen of the Woods with poached egg and yuzu aioli.
