Join Il Porcellino and fifth-generation winemaker Francis Vallana Fogarty on Thursday, April 25 for an evening of vintage Vallana wines and a menu inspired by Alto Piemonte – the ancient wine-growing area located in the northeastern corner of Piedmont at the foot of the Alps. Enjoy a four-course dinner featuring ingredients sourced from Alto Piemonte in dishes such as Braised Berkshire Pork del Plin in brodo and Steak Grigliata with salsa verde and cacio e pepe potatoes with wine pairings to match.
