Inject your cooking repertoire with a dose of creativity at Mon Ami Gabi’s Hors d’oeuvres 101 series where Executive Chef Vincent Pouessel shows guests how to make his favorite holiday bites on Thursday, December 5 from 6:00 PM – 8:00 PM. Bringing your appetite is a must, as guests will not only see Chef Vincent whip up these French favorites, they’ll be sampling them with paired wines and champagne. Attendees will also receive a recipe booklet to recreate the hors d’oeuvres in their own home, compliments of Mon Ami Gabi.
