Tired of whipping up the same old dishes for your holiday party each year? Mon Ami Gabi’s Hors d’oeuvres 101 with Executive Chef Vincent Pouessel is a two-part interactive series exploring his favorite holiday bites.
Guests will not only see Chef Vincent whip up these French favorites, they’ll be sampling them with paired wines and champagne. Attendees will receive a recipe booklet to recreate the hors d’oeuvres at home.
Menu 1 will be showcased on Thursday, December 6, and Menu 2 will be presented on Thursday, December 13, from 6:00 PM – 8:00 PM. The event is $55 per person per session, plus tax (gratuity not included). Please call 702-944-4224 to make your reservation.
