Tired of whipping up the same old dishes for your holiday party each year? Inject your cooking repertoire with a fresh dose of creativity at Mon Ami Gabi’s Hors d’oeuvres 101 class where Executive Chef Vincent Pouessel will lead an interactive demo showing guests how to make his favorite holiday bites on Saturday, December 14, from 1:00 PM – 3:00 PM. Bringing your appetite is a must, as guests will not only see Chef Vincent whip up these French favorites, they’ll be sampling them with paired wines and champagne. Attendees will also receive a recipe booklet to recreate the hors d’oeuvres at home, compliments of Mon Ami Gabi.
