Chef David DiGregorio’s ‘cello program highlights various ingredients by infusing them when they’re at their peak. On Saturday, December 15, our wine and beverage manager, Dave Johnston, will show steps in producing two holiday cello flavors including almond and cranberry.  The cost is $25, plus tax (gratuity not included) which includes a sample to enjoy at home.
