A new French fall menu is arriving at Mon Ami Gabi Lincoln Park– and you can be among the first to learn how to prepare three dishes! Roll up your sleeves to cook up Endive Salad with gala apple, roquefort blue cheese and apple cider vinaigrette, Braised Beef Short Rib with celery root puree and caramelized butternut squash, and Pumpkin Spice Crème Brûlée with candied pecans and maple shortbread for dessert. Enjoy each course in what will be the perfect autumn lunch, paired with boutique French wines. We’ll send you on your way with a recipe booklet so that you can try your hand at these delicious dishes at home.
