About Event

A new French spring menu is arriving at Mon Ami Gabi – and you can be among the first to learn how to prepare signature dishes from our new spring menu. Join Executive Chef Phil Frederick as he shares his insider tips on how to prepare New Orleans Style BBQ Shrimp, One Pot Mustard Chicken with sweet peas and herbs and Lemon Tart with strawberry-rhubarb compote for dessert. Guest will also enjoy each course paired with boutique French wines. We’ll send you on your way with a recipe booklet so that you can try these dishes at home. Amateur and seasoned chefs are welcome!
