Tired of whipping up the same old dishes for your dinner parties? Inject your cooking repertoire with a fresh dose of creativity at Mon Ami Gabi’s French Classics Cooking Class. Executive Chef Phil Frederick will lead an interactive class exploring his favorite hors d’oeuvres.
Bringing your appetite is a must, as guests will not only see Chef Phil whip up these French favorites, they’ll be sampling them with boutique French wines throughout the class. Attendees will also receive a recipe booklet to recreate the to-die-for hors d’oeuvres in their own home, compliments of Mon Ami Gabi. Amateur and seasoned chefs are welcome!
