About Event

Join us for a fall beer dinner event as our executive chefs feature a four-course menu, each paired with a beer from Fair State Brewing Cooperative, a local Minneapolis brewery. Guests will enjoy a first course of Chef Jorge’s Pasta Carbonara paired with Fair State Brewing Cooperative Vienna Lager, Amber Lager, followed by a main course of Pork Schnitzel paired with First State Brewing Cooperative IPA, American IPA, plus two additional courses.
