Executive Chef Saul Garcia will be on-hand helping guests prepare fiesta favorites including Sweet Corn Tamales with chorizo queso, Enchilada Suiza, Chile Relleno and Chocolate-Caramel Sopapillas for dessert, along with Frozen Raspberry Margaritas and Cucumber-Melon Sangria. Additionally, class attendees will receive a complimentary recipe booklet to recreate these dishes at home. The event is $30 per guest, plus tax (gratuity not included).
