Our chefs are getting in the Christmas spirit by presenting a luxe prix fixe menu of wintertime staples, plus some surprising inventions to savor along the way. After starting with a charcuterie board of Midwest American cheeses and artisanal cured meats, proceed to a choice between Hand-Cut Beef Tartare, Foie Gras and the Seafood Collection Tower, among other first course options. For the main presentation, we have a classic Beef Wellington, Roasted Capon, Lobster Risotto and Booth One’s 18-hour Bone-In Prime Rib, to name a few. And don’t forget dessert – all made from scratch! Please note we will be open at 4:00 PM on Christmas Eve and 2:00 PM on Christmas Day.
