The festive menu, available for carryout and delivery on December 24, features imported and Local Cheeses and Charcuterie, Farro Risotto with Wild Mushrooms and Truffle, Slagel Farm Beef Tenderloin and Chocolate Hazelnut Panna Cotta.
The Slagel Farm Beef Tenderloin, dry-aged for 24-days and marinated in Corto extra virgin olive oil and herbs, is meant to be prepared to your preference in the comfort of home. Chef David DiGregorio shares tips and cooking techniques, as well as finishing salt. All other dishes are fully composed, with reheating instructions for simple preparation.
