About Event

Our Executive Chefs will prepare a four-course menu with bourbon pairings. The menu will feature a first-course of Basil Hayden’s-Brown Sugar Glazed Faroe Island Salmon paired with Basil Hayden’s Kentucky Straight Bourbon Whiskey, followed by the main course of Roasted Maple Whiskey Rack of Pork paired with Maker’s Mark Kentucky Straight Bourbon Whisky, plus two additional courses. The dinner is $100 per person, plus tax (gratuity not included).
