RPM Italian’s next Virtual Wine Dinner is dedicated to the traditional pairing of Barolo and Truffle is on Tuesday, December 8 at 7:00 PM. Hosted by RPM Wine Director Richard Hanauer and Chef Christian Fantoni, this educational experience features a bottle of 2013 Barolo, Franco Molino, “Rocche dell’Annuziata” alongside four-courses including Prime Beef Tartare with Wild Mushroom Compote and Truffle Emulsion, Veal Agnolotti with Black Truffle and Brown Butter and Barolo Braised Short Ribs with Truffled Polenta. The duo will discuss the wine pairing and menu while guests can ask questions via the live Zoom session. This virtual wine dinner is $155 per person, plus tax (gratuity not included) and includes one four-course menu plus one bottle of wine per guest.
