About Event

On Saturday, February 9 from 11:00 AM – 12:30 PM, travel to Mon Ami Gabi Oak Brook for a foray through five wines from the Emile Beyer family estate: 2017 Pinot Blanc, 2017 Pinot Gris, 2017 Riesling, 2017 Gewürztraminer and 2017 Pinot Noir. Each glass will be paired with a French winter dish that complements the flavor profile, plus explanations from sommelier Mark Lehner on the pairings.

Endive Salad
paired with Riesling

Chicken Breast with fennel cream
paired with Pinot Gris

Wild Mushroom with spaetzle
paired with Pinot Noir

Duck Breast
paired with with Pinot Blanc

Glazed Pork Tenderloin
paired with Gewurztraminer
