Chef Sal Briones demonstrates how to make Medieval Pasta at Maggiano’s – Chicago on Monday, November 18 from 6:30 PM – 8:30 PM! Forget tomato sauce, this blast from the past pasta uses dried fruit and nuts for surprisingly bold flavors. Doors open at 6:00 PM, the hands-on demonstration begins at 6:30 PM. Tickets are $45 for adults 21 and over, including tax & gratuity. Tickets include dinner, two glasses of wine, soda, tea and coffee.
