Where to Eat and Drink at Ronald Reagan Washington National Airport (DCA)
Visit the last Taylor Gourmet left, or grab Sushi or Mexican
People love flying into Reagan National Airport because of the view of the monuments downtown upon landing. It also has the advantage of its own stop on Washington’s Metro. In recent years, the dining options have vastly improved as well.
While Taylor Gourmet has been slinging sandwiches inside the airport for some time now, DCA is now the only area destination to get a taste of the failed brand; this fall all stores disappeared — except for its airport-managed location.
This year, a whopping sixth Dunkin’ Donuts was added, but some of the locations past the security gates will eventually be transformed into Starbucks. Other updates this year include a fully renovated Five Guys burger stand (Terminal C) and the re-opening of Mexican chain Qdoba. The major players in the current dining roster include: Top Chef alum Spike Mendelsohn’s Good Stuff Eatery; restaurateur Robert Wiedmaier’s French bistro Reservoir; The Chew host Carla Hall’s restaurant Page; and shops from rapidly expanding local chain &pizza.
6) Wow Bao: Dumpling fans can head to this steamed buns stand. Wow also serves soup, and fields vegetarian options. (Post-security, Terminal C).
