The Oak Brook location will feature Beatrix’s largest private dining space with seating up to 60 guests and up to 100 guests for reception style events.
Beatrix is opening in Oakbrook Center on February 27. This will be the first suburban location for Beatrix, and the fourth of its kind in Illinois. The concept was created by Lettuce Entertain You Enterprises’ founder Rich Melman, Executive Partner and Divisional President Marc Jacobs, Partner Michael Giles and Chefs/Partners John Chiakulas, Rita Dever and Susan Weaver. Similar to the River North, Streeterville and Fulton Market locations, Beatrix Oak Brook will feature its signature healthy meets delicious menu options and coffee and bakery counter.
Beatrix Oak Brook will feature its largest coffee bar and lounge with seating up to 100 guests. New to the fresh-squeezed juice menu are the Celery and Caraway Juice, Activated Charcoal Lemonade and Wellness Shots. New favorites at the bakery counter include the Everything Croissant and the Midnight Macaroon. Other new menu highlights are Rita’s Pineapple with basil-lime sugar, Burnt Honey Toast, Deep Dish Apple Pancake, Grilled Swordfish Kebab with quinoa rice pilaf and Pepper Steak with sweet peppers, pearl onions and peppercorn sauce.
The Oak Brook location will feature Beatrix’s largest private dining space with seating up to 60 guests and up to 100 guests for reception style events. The flexible space may be divided into two semi-private rooms. The room also features a private bar, and guests may customize food and bar packages for their event.
In the spring of 2019, Beatrix will open two outdoor spaces including a 40-seat patio and a 20-seat coffee lounge, as well as a dedicated carry-out counter for those on the go.
Beatrix will open for breakfast, lunch and dinner Monday-Thursday from 7 am-10 pm, Friday and Saturday from 7 am-10:30pm and Sunday from 7 am-9 pm. Brunch will be served on Saturday and Sunday from 8:00am-3:00 pm. Beatrix Oak Brook is located at 272 Oakbrook Center, Chicago, 60523.
